SiteVerra is a telecom field reporting application designed to help technicians capture site documentation photos, GPS evidence, voice notes, checklist status, AI photo review results, and export PDF/ZIP reports.

1. Information We Collect

SiteVerra may collect or process the following information when you use the app:

• Photos and images: photos captured for telecom site documentation, checklist evidence, and report exports.
• Location data: GPS coordinates attached to site evidence photos when location permission is granted.
• Audio: voice notes recorded by the user for field documentation.
• Project and checklist data: project name, site ID, operator name, work type, checklist status, comments, timestamps, and report metadata.
• AI review data: photos and related checklist instructions may be sent to the SiteVerra backend for AI photo review when online AI review is enabled.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• create field documentation reports;
• attach GPS coordinates to site evidence;
• link photos to checklist items;
• perform AI photo review and provide warnings or suggestions;
• generate PDF and ZIP exports;
• help technicians and office reviewers reduce missing or incorrect site documentation.

3. Camera, Microphone, and Location Permissions

SiteVerra requests camera access to capture site documentation photos, microphone access to record optional voice notes, and location access to attach GPS coordinates to field evidence.

These permissions are used only for SiteVerra field documentation features.

4. AI Photo Review and Backend Processing

When online AI review is enabled, SiteVerra may send captured photos and checklist context to a backend service for analysis. The backend may return a review result such as pass, warning, or fail, including issues, suggestions, and confidence score.

If offline/manual mode is used, photos are not sent for online AI review.

5. Data Sharing

SiteVerra does not sell user data. Data may be shared only as needed to provide app functionality, such as AI photo review processing, report generation, or user-initiated export/sharing of PDF and ZIP files.

Users are responsible for where they send exported PDF or ZIP reports after export.

6. Data Storage

SiteVerra stores project data, photos, voice notes, checklist status, and report information on the user’s device and/or backend services depending on app configuration and features used.

Exported PDF and ZIP files may be saved or shared by the user outside the app.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Data stored locally in the app may remain on the device until the user deletes it or uninstalls the app. Exported files remain wherever the user saves or shares them.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect data processed by SiteVerra. However, no system can guarantee complete security. Users should avoid capturing or sharing unnecessary personal or sensitive information in site reports.

SiteVerra is intended for professional field work and is not directed to children.
